Meet Megan

Megan has served as Crossland’s Communications Director since 2009. In this role, she is primarily focused on promoting Crossland's purpose, value, and services, as well as serving as content curator, researcher, and editor for client deliverables. As a non-client-facing team member, Megan also offers an important perspective on how messaging—whether internal or client-related—is aligned with the relevant strategy, culture, and values.

Megan is inspired by Crossland's focus on holistic wellbeing, equity, vulnerability, and courage as it collaborates with conscious leaders from organizations that are focused on making the lives of those they serve better, and in turn, making the world a better, healthier place for all people and living things.

Megan received her bachelor’s degree in English and American Literature from New York University and her master’s degree in Anglo-Irish Literature from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Megan is currently pursuing a certificate in Professional Editing from U.C. Berkeley.

If she had a superpower, it would be to remain self-aware, fully present, and empathetic in challenging and contentious situations (especially when parenting).

Working with Megan on my organization’s website refresh was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She beautifully centers equity, relationship-building, trust, and collaboration across the entire process. Her ability to assess needs, provide recommendations, and suggest copy edits while honoring the organization’s voice, values, and integrity is a priceless gift. I cannot recommend Megan and Crossland Group enough for their natural ability to see and honor the humans behind the work.
