Meet Lawrence
Lawrence works with senior executives to explore, define, and achieve the leadership and performance changes they aspire to at the individual, senior team, and organizational levels.
Lawrence has worked with leaders around the world in a wide range of industries and business sizes to improve and/or accelerate senior team and organizational alignment, change execution, strategic planning, alignment and implementation, leadership capability and capacity, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
As a former IBM executive with over thirty years of experience in the information technology industry, his tenure included fifteen years in line management roles and over fifteen years of executive consulting experience in the areas of leadership and organizational development, client satisfaction management, and employee engagement.
Lawrence is a native of New Orleans, where he graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana with a BS in accounting. He completed more than 600 hours of education over the course of his career at IBM, including training provided by Harvard Business School, the Hay Group, and the Human Capital Institute.
