Meet Jermaine

Jermaine Moore has spent the last twenty years partnering with leaders to uncover pathways to higher achievement and greater organizational impact. Whether through one-on-one coaching, team development, or company-wide culture development, Jermaine’s focus is on building leadership competencies, team skills, and organizational behaviors that drive business results.

In addition to his role as the Founder of The Mars Hill Group, Jermaine serves as the Diversity Director for SHRM’s NH State Council, is a board member for the Diversity Workforce Coalition (DWC), and a Trustee for Berwick Academy. He is also an instructor for University of New Hampshire’s Professional Development and Training Program.

Jermaine is originally from a suburb of Philadelphia. In 2006, he relocated to Southern Maine where he and his wife raised their four children. They now split their time between New England and Puerto Rico.
