Meet Alicia

Alicia O’Brien has been serving as Crossland’s intrepid Operations Director since 2012. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the business, monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness, and creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, Alicia is also a trusted thought partner within the organization.

With a natural ability to anticipate individual needs as well as future business challenges and opportunities, Alicia provides critical infrastructure and operational excellence, which enables both her colleagues and the partners and clients they serve to do their highest and greatest value work in the world.

Alicia received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Villanova University. If she weren’t working for the Crossland Group, she would either be using a superpower to heal others or wildly playing the drums in the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
